“I have been meaning for the longest time to write Empire a thank-you note for your work on our home this past summer. One good thing about being procrastinators, we are more certain than ever that we made the right decision in choosing you for our remodel. We love it more and more each day — and now that the cold temperatures are here, we can objectively say that our heating bill has dropped by almost 50% with our new doors, windows, and thick insulation layer under the stucco.

But I want to mention some other things about the process and the workmanship. Most of all, we both appreciate the quality of the work — every time the doors close, there's that gratifying vacuum seal. The windows are beautiful and plumb, and there may be a classier bathroom somewhere in Fort Collins, but I've never had such an elegant one. It makes me happy each time I take a shower. Your insistence on the highest quality work was evident early-on: whenever we (or you) were not satisfied with anything, from the plumber's replacement of the spigot to the operation of the bathroom fan to the texture of the paint, there was never a need to justify or prove that something needed fixing — you saw what we saw and immediately rectified it. Amazing — always responsive, always courteous, always professional — during those times when larger unforeseen complications arose, when we needed a mediator, or we were stressed about staying within our limited budget. I've never worked with a contractor who returns phone calls so promptly and who stops by every day, always making it clear that your satisfaction is his highest priority. As a result, we got what we'd hoped for, and more.
